ASIRT Diamond Exclusive Sponsor

This is a TechDay / TechEdge Exclusive Sponsorship. Most suited for vendor companies requiring extended interaction and recall and even for those with more than one product line. ASIRT members, being System Integrators and Solution Providers, recommend technologies to corporate, SMB, government and consumer customers. ASIRT members promote products and technologies in an informed manner that appeals to the end customer. Any queries, please reach out to us on board@asirt.in we will connect and sort any queries that you might have for this particular sponsorship.

The Diamond Sponsor shall arrange and pay for the event. The booking of venue, food, audio-visual, and any other requirements for the event are to be arranged and paid for by the Diamond Sponsor. This event will be an exclusive event for the sponsor. There won’t be any other sponsors appearing in the event.

  • Exclusive sponsor ONE ASIRT Techdays and TechEdge(online) including 90-minute speaking slot and presentations.
  • Showcase products(2 Table displays), demonstrations with banners & 4 standees at ASIRT Techdays
  • Branding on asirt.in event invite sent to over 22000 companies across India
  • Branding on asirt.in website (with URL link to your specified company page) for 1 Month
  • Access ASIRT Members database & secure sites throughout the membership period.
  • Diamond Sponsor Membership is valid for an entire year to plan year-round marketing activity.

Fees : ₹1,50,000 + GST p/a

Terms and Conditions:

  1. Validity Period: Platinum and Gold Sponsors must consume the allotted TechDay slots within One Year from the first event date.
  2. Diamond Sponsor: The Diamond Sponsor shall arrange and pay for the event. The booking of venue, food, audio-visual, and any other requirements for the event are to be arranged and paid for by the Diamond Sponsor. This event will be an exclusive event for the sponsor. There won’t be any other sponsors appearing in the event.
  3. Time Slot: The sponsor must adhere to the time slot permitted as we have multiple activities planned during TechDay.
  4. Banner, Standees, and other marketing material to be brought by the sponsors.
  5. Sponsor shall submit their logo, speaker’s details, presentation subject, and other details as required by ASIRT.
  6. Database: ASIRT will share the attendee members’ database (without mobile numbers) within 7 days of the event’s completion. The sponsor must comply with the DPDP Act while using the database.
  7. Guests: Every additional guest (over and above allowed) will be charged at 3000/- + GST per guest.
  8. Payment Terms: 100% advance on confirmation (at least 15 days before the event date). The sponsorship is non-transferable and non-refundable. ASIRT shall submit the Proforma Invoice first and issue the Tax Invoice upon receipt of the full payment.
  9. Taxes: GST @ 18% or GST on a Reverse Charge basis is applicable.

  11. The Allotment of sponsorship slot is subject to availability and other conditions. ASIRT board’s decision will be final in all matters.
